We are thrilled to be your trusted source for e-bikes, e-bike equipment, electric bike conversion kits, and lithium-ion battery packs. This policy outlines important terms and conditions regarding your use of our online store and purchases made therein. Please read it carefully.

 

General Terms

1. Applicability:

This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store, operating out of California, and shipping to customers across the United States. We can facilitate sales outside the US but please reach out to confirm shipping options and additional cost.

2. Compliance with Local Laws:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all products comply with local regulations in their state or municipality, including but not limited to restrictions on e-bike speed, power limits, and lithium-ion battery transport.

 

Product Information

1. Product Descriptions:

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, specifications, or other details may occur.

2. Battery Handling & Safety:

Lithium-ion battery packs must be handled and stored in accordance with the safety guidelines to prevent damage, fire, or injury. Improper use will void warranties and may pose significant safety risks. Never leave batteries unattended on chargers and always disconnect chargers from battery pack after fully charge. We recommend regular charging to 80% and discharge to 20% of capacity for routine use to maximize battery life. We also recommend charging to nominal voltage (52V on a 52V pack) if the pack will go unused for a period of time.

 

Order Processing and Fulfillment

1. Order Confirmation:

Orders will be confirmed via email upon completion of payment.

2. Processing Time:

Standard order processing time is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you don't receive an email, reach out to confirm your order has been processed.

3. Shipping:

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers. Shipping fees are collected at time of purchase. Tracking information will be provided when the order is fulfilled. Lithium-ion batteries will be shipped via Ground in accordance with all applicable federal regulations for hazardous materials.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot ship lithium-ion batteries to PO Boxes or restricted zones. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or territories may face additional shipping limitations or fees.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

1. Eligibility:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or installed e-bike conversion kits.

• Custom-built or modified products.

• Lithium-ion batteries unless found defective upon delivery.

​

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

Customers must report defective or damaged items within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund.

​

4. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

​

5. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
