Return & Refund Policy

Our return terms depend on how an item is fulfilled. Most products are stocked and follow our standard 30-day terms; backorder/pre-order items are refundable until they ship; special-order items are sourced to your order and are non-refundable once placed. The item’s page and your cart show which applies.

Standard items (in stock)

  • Ships in 2–3 business days (shipping & handling).
  • Cancel before it ships: full refund, no fee.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee.
  • Opened items are not eligible for return, except warranty / defects.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: full replacement or refund, and we cover shipping both ways.

Backorder / pre-order items

  • Full payment is taken at the time of order.
  • Fully refundable any time before the item ships — cancel for a 100% refund.
  • Once delivered, the standard-item terms above apply (30 days, unopened).
  • If the estimated lead time materially slips, we notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Special-order items

  • Sourced from the manufacturer specifically for your order.
  • Non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order is placed, except warranty / defects.
  • Defective / DOA: covered under manufacturer warranty — we facilitate replacement or repair.
